Dr. Angel Gil-Izquierdo is analytical chemist working in the field of oxidative stress. Angel and his team are using the metabolites we have synthezised as internal standard to highlight and measure the formation/presence of non-enzymatic oxylipins in several matrices, such as algae, plants (wheat, rice, plant seeds), human fluids ...
